Prom Packaging

Pre-Dinner Service (Package#1):
  • Pick-up at home. (Maximum one pick-up location per couple.)
  • Scenic tour with photo stop.
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
  • One complimentary long stemmed rose for each lady & one souvenir T-shirt for each gentleman.
  • Stop over at pre-prom social.
  • Drive to dinner & drop off and includes up to 3 hours of service.
  • Additional hours of service may be purchased.
Evening Fare (Package#2):
  • Pick-up at home (maximum one pick-up location per couple).
  • Scenic tour with photo stop.
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages
  • One complimentary long stemmed rose for each lady & one souvenir T-shirt for each gentleman.
  • Stop over at pre-prom social.
  • Drive to dinner & drop off (approx 3 hours of service for the pre-dinner portion of your rental).
  • Return after the dance, drive to one location to change into evening attire, tour time & drop off at prom party includes approximately an additional 2 hours of service for the after dinner portion of your evening.
  • Additional hours of service may be purchased.

First, you need a quote...

Information we need in order to offer a quote (by phone or e-mail) include...

  • City of Prom.
  • Date of Prom.
  • Time to Start.
  • Number of Persons in your Group.
  • Vehicle(s) of Choice.
  • Package #1 OR Package #2.

Once you have a quote, you need to reserve the vehicle by doing the following...

  • A Parent or Legal Guardian Must Place the Call for a Reservation at 1-800-787-LIMO(5466).
  • Have a Credit Card Available (this Card Number will be Held for Damages, Overtime, or Incidentals).
  • A $50 NON-refundable Deposit will be Placed on the Card.
  • The Balance of a 50% Deposit Must be Mailed to Our Office within 5 Days of the Reservation Phone Call.
  • Once We Receive the 50% Deposit, We will Send You 2 Copies of Contract for the Group to Sign, Returning 1 Copy in the Mail to Our Office ASAP.
  • Please Have as Much Info About the Prom Date Available as We Will Collect This Info During This Reservation Phone Call.

We will Confirm Your Prom Details and Final Payment Information 2 Weeks Prior to the Event by Phone. If You Must Make Last Minute Changes, We Can't be Held Responsible for Delays of Trip.

Your Chauffeur Will Detail the Rules, Ensure Signed Contracts, and Take Final Payment Prior to the Commencement of Your Trip.

Remember That Quotes are Valid for 30 Days, and That a Quote Does NOT Mean You Have Reserved. All Reservations Are on a First Come, First Served (with Deposit PAID) Basis. This is the ONLY Way We Can Ensure All Are Treated Fairly.
